No, Frontway is not a marketplace. We give you the tools and resources to launch and grow your online business. You are your own boss and in charge driving traffic to your store, collecting orders, ensuring good customer service.

Are there any commissions or any hidden charges?

0% commissions. There’s 2% payment gateway charges that is charged directly by Payment Gateway Service Provider - Razorpay

How does order collection and shipping work?

Self Upload

Order Collection:

You need to accept the order from the “Orders” Section of the Frontway App. Once you accept the orders, you get paid within 48-72 hrs in your UPI ID.

Shipping:

You are required to ship the order yourself.

(Optional) Once shipped, you can upload shipping details on Frontway App, the same is communicated to your customer via whatsapp.

Disputes:

In case of any disputes with the customer, you may talk to your customer and resolve it. Frontway doesn't interfere.

Frontway Auto Sourcing Products

We’ll take care of shipping and fulfilment. You get paid your commissions within 48-72 hrs in your UPI ID. You may track your earnings in the dashboard.

Disputes:

In case of any disputes with the customer on products sourced via Frontway Auto Sourcing, you may redirect the customer to Frontway Customer care, and we’ll take care. Link to customer care-

Will I find my customer’s data?

You’ll find all data about your customers, products they showed interest in along with their whatsapp numbers under Tools > Customer List.

If I cancel the order, will my customer receive a refund?

Yes, as soon as you cancel, the customer is notified about the same and the refund is initiated automatically. Refund amount should reflect in customer’s bank within 5-7 working days

On placing orders, will my customers receive any communication?
