How does order collection and shipping work?
| Self Upload | Order Collection:You need to accept the order from the “Orders” Section of the Frontway App. Once you accept the orders, you get paid within 48-72 hrs in your UPI ID. Shipping:You are required to ship the order yourself. (Optional) Once shipped, you can upload shipping details on Frontway App, the same is communicated to your customer via whatsapp. Disputes:In case of any disputes with the customer, you may talk to your customer and resolve it. Frontway doesn't interfere. |
